All Jacks R Better, LLC products carry a one year warranty on material and/or craftsmanship defect. You may return it for repair or replacement, at our discretion at any time. Call (800) 595-0413 for a Return Authorization (RA) number and to inform us of the reason for the return and call our attention to the issue that needs to be remedied.
Repairs after warranty or resulting from abuse or neglect (e.g. ripped fabric or rot caused by improper storage) will be done at reasonable rates. The nature of any necessary repair and a written estimate (e-mail) of cost, if applicable, for the repair will be provided before any repair is accomplished.
If you are not satisfied with your Jacks R Better, LLC product for any reason you may return it within 15 days of receipt, in original and unused condition and with all original packaging and enclosures, for a one for one exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. Call (800) 595-0413 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Shipping is not refundable.

Shipping Policy
Our goal is to achieve next business day shipping on every order and we do our best to maintain enough inventory to allow us to achieve that goal.
US Mail: Jacks 'R' Better uses US Mail for all shipping both in and outside the Continental United States. We have found this method to be quick, secure and cost effective. The US Postal Service generally approximates 3 business days shipping time anywhere in the United States and between 5 and 10 business days shipping time for overseas shipments.
Customs: All international orders are subject to applicable customs duties and associated assessments and fees. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by Jacks 'R' Better does NOT include any of these fees. You will normally be charged the Customs fees by the company that delivers the package at the time of delivery.
Small International Orders: Overseas shipping by its nature involves higher shipping fees and the web site is designed to collect those higher fees. However, for smaller items, it is our policy to use USPS International Flat Rate Envelopes and the USPS Small Flat Rate Boxes whenever possible. These containers will ship to most countries for under $19. For these small shipments, we will automatically credit your card for any shipping fees in excess of the $19 on the business day that your order ships.
