All products from Jacks ‘R’ Better LLC come with a one-year warranty for any material and/or craftsmanship defects. If you encounter any issues, you may send it back to us for repair or replacement, depending on our discretion. However, we kindly request that you contact us beforehand via phone or email to inform us of the reason for the return and specify the issue that needs to be addressed.
If your item is no longer under warranty or has been damaged due to abuse or neglect, such as torn fabric or rot from improper storage, we may offer affordable repair services. Before any repairs are made, we will provide a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs and an estimated cost via email.
If you are not satisfied with your Jacks ‘R’ Better LLC product for any reason simply return it within 15 days of receipt, in original and unused condition, for a one-for-one exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. Quilts that have had modifications from the standard design (sewn footbox, couples mod) may be returned for credit, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and transaction processing fees (3% )are not refundable.
